Delete Your Account
You can permanently delete your TrekMeet account and all associated data. There are two ways to do it, and the first one takes effect immediately.
In the app
The fastest way
Open TrekMeet and go to Settings > Account > Delete Account. Your account and its data are removed straight away, and you do not need to contact us.
If you cannot open the app
Ask us by email
If you have uninstalled TrekMeet or can no longer sign in, email us from the address on your account and we will process the deletion for you.
Email support@trekmeet.comIf that button does not open your mail app, write to support@trekmeet.com yourself. For security, we may contact you to verify your identity before processing. Web requests are processed manually and completed within 7 days.
What we keep, and why
If your account was ever the subject of a report or a moderation decision, we keep those enforcement records, including a reference to the deleted account, after deletion for safety and legal purposes. They are not visible to other members and are not used for anything else.
