TrekMeet is an all-in-one community app designed specifically for outdoor enthusiasts. We’re building a single, beautiful platform for hikers, trail runners, and nature lovers to discover events, connect with their community, and organize adventures safely and seamlessly.

Most platforms like Meetup or WhatsApp were built for general events—not outdoor adventures. TrekMeet is purpose-built from the ground up for hiking, trail running, and community-driven adventures. Here’s how we’re different:

• Smart Event Builder: Quickly create events with trail maps, pace grading, gear notes, and weather integration—no extra tools needed.
• Real-Time Trail Tools: Live location sharing, emergency info, and custom meet points make safety easier for everyone.
• Organizer-First Design: Approvals, waitlists, custom RSVP rules, and group insights give leaders full control without the chaos.
• Built-In Community Features: Share photos, tips, post-hike reflections, and connect authentically—without third-party apps.

With TrekMeet, you won’t need to juggle five disconnected tools to plan one hike. It’s one beautiful space that works the way outdoor communities do—intuitively, responsibly, and together.

We’re starting with hiking, trail running, urban walks, running and outdoor excursions including camping, but our vision is much broader. TrekMeet is designed for all other kinds of mindful outdoor adventures, including nature photography walks, meditative treks, foraging trips, and even breathwork sessions in the wild.

We are developing in carefully planned phases to ensure a high-quality experience. Our current timeline is:

• Closed Beta (for early testers): October 2025
• Public Beta (on app stores): December 2025
• Full Feature Release: Early 2026

Yes. TrekMeet will always have a robust free tier that includes all essential features for members and casual organizers, with zero ads and interruptions. We will also offer a Pro subscription for professional organizers and large communities who need advanced tools like analytics and team roles. Our model is built to be fair, accessible, and community-first.

We are launching on both iOS and Android. A web-based dashboard with advanced management tools for organizers will follow.

Absolutely. TrekMeet is being built with organizers like you in mind. You will be able to easily set up your community, manage your member list, and create events. We are also developing a migration tool to help you seamlessly bring your community over from platforms like Meetup.
